Children's Puppet Ministry
On the second and fourth Fridays of each month at the Auction House in St. Leonard, the Potter's Place Puppeteers (youth members) present a skit to the children. After the skit, the children in the audience get to operate the puppets and rehearse a 'sing-a-long', which they then get to present to the audience. This has been enjoyed by kids of all ages. All are welcome and there is no charge. Check our events calendar for the schedule.
AWANA Club
AWANA IS STARTING UP! For grades K-6, it will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Dowell house BEGINNING 9 SEP. For grades 7- Senior HS, we will meet at the same place on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm. Beginning 12 SEP.
AWANA is a bible study and fellowship club for children of all ages. AWANA is an acronym for "Approved Workers are not Ashamed"
Saint Leonard Area Youth
We work in the Saint Leonard and Port Republic areas to empower our community, both spiritually and practically, to lead productive lives in the knowledge of their Saviour, Jesus Christ. Now they are working to earn a special fellowship trip to Ocean City, Md, in March. Come, lend a hand and join in!
